The Flower Bar started as a weekend passion — a small oven, a handful of recipes passed down through generations, and a stubborn belief that Rock Hill deserved better bakery goods.
Today, we wake up at 4 a.m. every day to ensure the croissants are flaky, the sourdough has that perfect tang, and the coffee is pulled at the exact right temperature. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is frozen. Everything is made by hand, in-house, the way it should be.
